This nice young man Kaleb was very professional, polite and really knows what he is doing! We called him today, he said he would be out in 1- 2 hours, and exactly 2 hours later, he was at our door! We were so impressed, actually we were mentally prepared to spend a hot sleepless night with no A/C, so just the fact that he was willing to come TODAY was a huge and wonderful surprise! He got to work immediately, had our unit delivering cold air in less than 30 minutes! And even though it is now 6:15 pm, he was off to help out another customer after he left our house. That is the kind of dedication and work ethic you rarely see these day! Kaleb is now permanently on our phone contacts as "Our A/C Repair Man". (I have deleted all others.) Kaleb and the crew from Shuff’s AC did an awesome Jon on installing our new AC unit. Kaleb actually came out on Father’s Day to fix our old unit and within 10 minutes of being at our home found the problem and gave us different options to go with for fixing it. He came behind another AC company who spent a few hours here and still didn’t fix the problem. I highly recommended using Shuff’s Ac for any and all Ac/Heater problems.
